A brand born out of frustration (and love)
We saw how professional hair care kept getting more expensive, becoming accessible only to a select group. That didn’t feel right. Because beauty should never be something reserved for the happy few.

Beauty belongs to everyone — regardless of age, hair type, or budget.
And so Metamorphose was born: a brand representing affordable luxury, professional quality, and accessibility for all.
Quite literally: Beauty for All.

A name with meaning
The name Metamorphose came to us spontaneously — but immediately felt right.
It’s not just about the external transformation your hair undergoes, but also about what changes within when you take good care of yourself.

At Metamorphose, we never stand still.

From idea to production, from packaging to shipping — it all takes place in Maastricht.
That means short lines, flexibility, and products that are always in stock.
Fun fact: adjusting a shampoo formula takes us only three days.
Because we do everything ourselves, we can act fast, improve continuously, and keep innovating.

• 1994 – Metamorphose is born in Maastricht. Affordable, professional hair care for everyone.
• 2000 – Production moves fully in-house: fast, reliable, close by.
• 2005 – Our team grows. More space, more ideas, more innovation.
• 2012 – Opening of the Metamorphose Academy — the place for education, inspiration, and connection.
• 2026 – The real metamorphosis: a renewed identity, a new website, and an even stronger vision.
